With sunnier days just around the corner, I thought I would share the yummiest sandwich recipe loved by all my Olsen's (big and small). Take them hot to your next party, or cover overnight in your fridge and take them cold to your picnic at the deep forbidden lake the next day. The best thing about them, you can ditch the mayo or mustard so there's no risk for soggy leftovers. Ready? Here we go:

WOW, these look mighty tasty, but will I acutally ever make them? That is the question..maybe I could get one of my 'good cook' daughters to try them at a family gathering. They do look very good indeed.
